平衡针灸结合西医疗法治疗小儿腹泻48例临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察平衡针灸结合西医疗法治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法选择96例腹泻患儿,随机分成对照组和观察组各48例,对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组予以常规西医治疗结合平衡针灸治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果对照组总有效率为85.41%,观察组总有效率为95.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论平衡针灸结合西医疗法治疗小儿腹泻可明显缩短病程、改善症状、提高治疗有效率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating infantile diarrhea with balance acupuncture in combination with western therapies. Method To select 96 patients of infantile diarrhea and divide them into the comparison group and the observation group at random each having 48 patients. The former adopted conventional western therapies while the latter adopted the balance acupuncture treatment in combination with conventional western therapies, and compared the clinical effects of the two groups. Results The comparison group yielded an overall effective rate of 85.41%, while that of the observation group was 95.83%. The comparative differences of the two were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treating infantile diarrhea with balance acupuncture in combination with western therapies shortens the course of treatment markedly, lessens symptoms, and improves the effective rate of treatment.
