无痛胃肠镜联合检查的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨同时进行无痛胃镜和肠镜检查的方法及护理措施。方法选取第三军医大学第三附属医院2013年1月-2014年5月进行无痛胃镜联合无痛肠镜检查患者180例,检查前、检查中、检查后进行规范的护理。结果 180例患者都顺利完成无痛胃肠镜检查,未出现恶心、呕吐等症状。发生氧饱和度降低4例、血压下降5例、心率减慢8例,经处理后均恢复正常。结论无痛胃肠镜联合检查前、检查中及检查后细致、规范的护理,有助于缩短检查时间,减少不良反应,提高患者满意度。Objective To discuss the methods and nursing measures of conducting the painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy examination in combination. Method To select 180 patients undergoing the painless gatroscopy examination in combination of the painless colonoscopy examination from January 2013 to May 2014 at the Third Affiliated Hospital of The Third Military Medical University, and conducted regular nursing prior to, during, and after the examinations. Results All 180 patients went through the painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy examinations smoothly without experiencing symptoms such as nausea and vomiting. There were four cases of decreased oxygen saturation, five cases of lowered blood pressure, and eight cases of heart rate reduction, all returned to normal after being taken care. Conclusion Careful and regular nursing before, during, and after the combined painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy examinations facilitates to reduce the examination time, lessen negative reactions, and improve the sense of satisfaction of patients.
