摘  要:目的:判断心理干预对手术室护士职业倦怠的影响。方法:采用职业倦怠量表MBI-GS(修订版),筛选出40例得分在75分以上的护士,随机分成实验组(20人)和对照组(20人)2组。结果:实验组职业倦怠较干预前有明显的改善,对照组无改善或有加重趋势;干预后实验组的职业倦怠得分优于对照组。结论:心理干预对改善手术室护士职业倦怠效果显著,短期内其心理健康水平未能恢复到正常范围。Objective:To determine the influence of psychological intervention on the operating room nurses job burnout.Methods:The job burnout scale MBI -GS ( revised edition) , 40 patients in 75 points above the nurse, and randomly divided into experimental group (20) and the control group (20) in the two groups.Results:The experimental group job burnout has improved, compared with before, the control group not to improve or worsen trend; The experimental group after intervention of job burnout score is better than the control group.Conclusion:Psychological intervention to improve the operating room nurses job burnout effect is remarkable, in the short term, the mental health level has not been able to return to normal range.
