摘  要:本文系统论述了V、Cr、Nb、Ta、Mo、Y等10余种元素及其化合物的添加种类、数量、方式对硬质合金密度、硬度、韧性、强度、磨损、切削等物理性能和机械性能的影响。在综合大量研究成果的基础上,论述了各种晶粒生长抑制剂对硬质合金微观结构、物理性能及机械性能的改善作用及其机理。在结合性能分析的基础上,比较出晶粒生长抑制剂的添加量宜控制在粘结相的10%以内,并阐述目前研究领域中存在的若干问题,如掺杂种类、掺杂方式以及掺杂数量不统一等问题。The effects of adding systems, adding content and adding ways of some elements (i.e. V, Cr, Nb, Ta, Mo, Y, etc) and their compounds on the density, hardness, toughness, strength, wear, cutting properties and other physical or mechanical properties of cemented carbides were systematically discussed in this paper. On the basis of a large number of research results, the effect and the mechanism of inhibitors on the microstructure, physical and mechanical properties of cemented carbide were more clearly explained. Based on the performance analysis results, the amount of grain growth inhibitors should be controlled less than 10% (mass fraction) in the binder phase. The existing problems of current research were also pointed out in the article, including the disunity of doping systems, doping ways and doping content.
