摘  要:为探讨适宜宁夏越冬番茄高效安全生产的发酵菌剂,以宁夏市场上广泛销售的5种秸秆菌剂为处理,研究玉米秸秆反应堆复配发酵菌剂对番茄植株生长和叶绿素荧光特性的影响。结果表明,YD(秸秆反应堆+远东秸秆生物发酵菌剂)、HN(秸秆反应堆+河南沃德秸秆生物发酵菌剂)、SD(秸秆反应堆+山东秸秸灵发酵复合菌剂)显著促进番茄植株生长,SD降低非光化学猝灭系数、表观光合电子传递速率和实际光化学量子产量,除BJ(秸秆反应堆+北京京圃园有机废料发酵菌剂)外其他菌剂均显著增加番茄产量,NX(秸秆反应堆+宁夏诺德曼发酵复合菌剂)和SD有利于宁夏越冬番茄高效安全生产。To explore suitable biological fermentation bacteria reagents for efficient and safe production of Ningxia overwintering tomato, we took 5 kinds of straw bacteria reagents which were widely sold on the market in Ningxia as treatments, and studied the effects of them on growth and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of overwintering tomato. The results showed that the treatment YD (the mixture of straw reactor and Yuandong brand of biological fermentation bacteria reagent), HN (the mixture of straw reactor and Henan Wode brand of biological fermentation bacteria reagent) and SD (the mixture of straw reactor and Shangdong Jiejieling brand of biological fermentation bacteria reagent) significantly promoted tomato growth, while SD reduced tomato non photochemical quenching coefficient, photosynthetic electron transport rate and actual photochemical quantum yield of PS I1. All treatments except BJ (the mixture of straw reactor and Beijing Jingpuyuan brand of biological fermentation bacteria reagent) significantly increased tomato yield, so NX (the mixture of straw reactor and Ningxia nodmann brand of biological fermentation bacteria reagent) and SD were beneficial to efficient and safe production of overwintering tomato.
