摘 要:为准确掌握大采高综放开采工作面液压支架的受力及运行状态,分析工作面受采动及放顶煤影响的矿压变化规律,采用实测法对同忻煤矿11个测站支架的支护阻力进行长期监测。结果表明:同忻煤矿8101工作面全体支架平均支护阻力18.31 MPa,占额定工作阻力的51.60%。工作面存在周期来压现象,平均3耀5 d,来压步距19.1耀26.6 m,平均为22.22m,增载系数1.18,来压持续时间较短,不明显。多个支架在来压期间液柱值达到38 MPa,部分支架工作阻力超过额定阻力,合理的支护阻力底限值应大于38 MPa。支架前柱的工作阻力普遍大于后柱,工作面中部支架的工作阻力普遍大于两端。To master the stress and running state of hydraulic support in large-mining-height fully mechanized working face, the study analyzes the rules of ground pressure variation under the mining and top-coal influence by field measurement through long-term monitoring supporting resistance of 11 supports in Tongxin mine. The results show that the mean of supporting resistance is 18.31MPa in 8101 working face, accounting for 51.60 % of rated resistance. There are periodic weighting on the working face, 3 to 5d on average, with weighting step 19.1 to 26.6m, 22.22 m on average, and load-increase factor of 1.18. The pressure duration is short and not obvious. Liquid column value of multiple supports reaches to 38MPa in the periodic weighting and some working resistances exceed the rated value. Rational threshold value of supporting resistance should be greater than 38MPa. In addition, the working resistance of front pillars is generally greater than that of back pillars and the working resistance of middle supports is generally greater than that of the supports of both ends.
