慈竹属栽培品种整理与新品种定名

摘　　要：根据国际生物科学联盟（The International U—nion of Biological Sciences（IUBS））的规定，全世界野生植物的拉丁学名均由《国际植物命名法规（InternationalCodeofBotanicalNomenclature，ICBN）》加以规范，而因人类选择、培育和生产的栽培植物的名称则由《国际栽培植物命名法规（InternationalCodeofNomenclatureforCultivatedPlants，ICNCP）》加以规范。只有经国际园艺学会（ISHS）命名与登录委员会（CommissionforNomenclatureandRegistration，CNR）批准的负责相关植物类群登录的“国际栽培品种登录权威（InternationalCultivarRegistrationAuthority，ICRA）”对栽培品种名称进行审定和履行登录手续，方可确保其名称符合ICNCP的规定并得以建立。Neosinocalamus affinis Basin, Gansu, Shanxi, Hubei, H （Rendle） Keng f. u＇nan, Chongqing, forms and four non-named cultivars of N. affinis is endemic to China, and it is Guizhou, Yunnan, and Guangd mainly distributed in Sichuan ong. Currently, four cultivated were recorded. Thus, all the recorded cultivated forms and non- named cuhivars of N. affinis need to be unified, standardized and named according to the updated International Code of Nomenclature for Cultivated Plants （ICNCP）. Eight cultivars of N. affinis ＇ Chrysotrichus＇, N. affinis ＇ Viridiflavus＇ , N. affinis ＇ Flavidorivens＇ , N. affinis ＇ Striatus＇ , N. affinis ＇ Foducizhu ＇ , izhu＇ , ＇ N. affinis ＇ Shetouzhu＇ and N. affinis ＇ Doupengzhu＇ have been described and named the ICNCP.
