摘 要:目的探讨品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)活动在缩短门诊患者注射等候时间中的应用效果。方法 2013年5-9月,第二军医大学长海医院门诊部在注射室成立QCC,以"缩短门诊患者注射等候时间"为主题进行质量改进。结果通过QCC活动,患者注射等候的平均时间从活动前的(19.93±2.10)min缩短到(10.10±1.91)min,超过预期目标;而且注射护士在专业技术、沟通协调能力和责任心等方面的自评分也有了提高。结论 QCC活动有效缩短了门诊注射患者的等候时间,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the quality control circle activity in shorten the injection waiting time of outpatients.Methods We established quality control circle group in the injection room of Changhai hospital clinic department and implement quality improvement on the theme of'shorten the outpatient injection waiting time'.Results After carrying out quality control circle program,the average injection waiting time was reduced from (1 9.93+2.10)min to (10.10+1.91)min,which exceeded the expecting target.Further-more,the injection nurses had a progress in the aspect of professional technique,communication or coordi-nation ability and sense of responsibility.Conclusion Quality control circle program can effectively shorten the injection waiting time of outpatients,and it is worthwhile to promote on clinical trail.
