腹部按摩对行肠内营养危重症患者胃潴留量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察腹部按摩对行肠内营养危重症患者胃残余量的影响。方法便利抽样选择南京军区总医院消化内科符合入选标准的患者80例,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组和按摩组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,按摩组在此基础上增加腹部按摩。结果两组患者在胃潴留量上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在发生呕吐、腹胀方面差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);两组患者在第7天腹围平均值比较上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹部按摩可有效预防危重症患者行肠内营养时出现胃潴留及发生腹胀等胃肠道相关并发症,是一个有效的非药物护理干预方法。Objective To observe the effect of abdominal massage on enteral nutrition gastric retention of critically ill patients.Methods By convenience sampling,80 patients qualified to the criteria were selected and equally divided into control group and massage group with 40 cases in each group.The control group had routine care and the massage group had abdominal massage on the basis of routine care.Results Two groups of patients in the gastric residual volume difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）;Differ-ences of two groups of patients in the event of vomiting,abdominal distention were not statistically signifi-cant（all P 〉0.05）;The difference of mean score of 7 days abdominal girth between two groups of patients were statistically different （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Abdominal massage can effectively prevent gastric re-tention,abdominal distention and other gastrointestinal relevant complications,and it is an effective non-medicine nursing intervention method.
