摘 要:目的了解脊柱脊髓损伤非专业救援者救护技能掌握情况,以期为脊柱脊髓损伤非专业救援者救护培训提供依据。方法便利抽样法选取2010年1月至2013年1月来某医院脊柱外科门、急诊护送患者住院的患者同事或家属共272名为研究对象。采用先提问后讲解的方法,并于访谈后每人发放一份培训资料,对知识欠缺者进行相关知识和技能讲解,讲解后采用自制的非专业救援者救护技能调查表对其进行调查。结果通过访谈发现研究对象中224名(占82.4%)的非专业人员现场救护技能欠缺,仅有48名(占17.7%)非专业人员知道受伤后可能有骨折,要用木板平抬。经过培训,264名(占97.1%)非专业人员能掌握救护原则和搬运关键技能,仅8名非专业人员(占2.9%)还不能正确描述救护原则和搬运方法。结论非专业救援者救护知识普及培训教育的任务较重,利用简明形象的资料(以图示为主)进行培训,容易掌握,效果好。Objective To understand the mastery degree of rescue skill of non-professional rescuers for spinal cord injury,in order to provide evidence for training of non professional rescuers skills for spinal cord injury.Methods By convenience sampling,272 escort patients'family and colleagues from emergency and clinic were selected.Issuing a training data for each one after conversation and explain the knowledge and skills for those who were lack of rele-vant knowledge and skill.The participants were investigated by using self-designed questionnaire after explanation. Results 224(82.4%)non professional rescuers were short of field rescue skills.Only 48(17.7%)non professional rescuers know about the possibility of bone broke after injury and carried stable with plank.After training,264(97. 1%)non professional rescuers can master the principle of rescue and skills for moving the patients.Only 8(2. 9%)non professional rescuers cannot correctly describe the rescue principle and moving method.Conclusion The popularization and training of non professional rescuers knowledge is important.Training with sim-ple data (mainly legend)seem easily to master and achieve effect.
