8297例可疑泌尿生殖道疾病患者支原体感染状况及1012例药敏分析

摘　　要：目的了解该地区泌尿生殖道支原体的感染状况以及药物敏感性情况。方法回顾性分析2010—2013年该院8 297例泌尿生殖道疾病患者支原体培养结果及及1 012例药敏实验结果。结果 8 297例资料中支原体总阳性率56.40%,四年度阳性率依次为50.23%、50.61%、63.02%、59.18%;1012例药敏实验结果为:解脲脲原体(Uu)对交沙霉素、强力霉素、米诺环素、克拉霉素、四环素敏感,敏感率依次为95.2%、93.1%、92.2%、85.7%、85.5%;Uu+人型支原体(Mh)对交沙霉素、强力霉素、米诺环素、四环素敏感,敏感率依次为89.2%、82.6%、79.3%、73.5%;Mh对交沙霉素、米诺环素、强力霉素、四环素敏感,敏感率依次为95.8%、91.7%、87.5%、79.2%。结论鄂东地区泌尿生殖道支原体阳性例数呈逐年上升趋势;对支原体感染的治疗,要根据药物敏试验结果合理选用抗生素。Objective To investigate the infection status of genitourinary tract mycoplasma and drug susceptibility situation .Methods The restropective analysis was used to investigate the mycoplasma culture results of 8297 patients with urogenital tract disease and the 1012 results of drug susceptibility test .Results The total positive rate was 56.40%in 8297 cases and the positive rates from 2010 to 2013 were 50.23%,50.61%,63.02%and 59.18%,respectively.The 1012 results of drug susceptibility test were that the susceptibil-ity rates of U.urealytieum against Josamycin,Doxycycline,Minocycline,Clarithromycin,Tetracycline were 95.2%,93.1%,92.2%, 85.7%and 85.5%,respectively,and the susceptibility rates of U .urealytieum and M.homins against Josamycin ,Doxycycline,Minocy-cline and Tetracycline were 89.2%,82.6%,79.3%and 73.5%,respectively,and the susceptibility rates of M .hominis against Josa-mycin,Minocycline,Doxycycline and Tetracycline were 95.8%,91.7%,87.5% and 79.2%,respectively.Conclusions Urogenital mycoplasma positive cases in Eastern Hubei showed an upward trend year by year and the doctors should choose the antibiotics accord -ing to the drug susceptibility test results rationally .
