热毒清口服液治疗附红细胞体病35例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察热毒清口服液对附红细胞体病的临床疗效。方法将35例患者随机分为两组治疗组给予热毒清口服液,对照组给予米诺环素治疗,两组进行对照比较。结果治疗组在中医疗效和中医症候积分,体温恢复正常时间,附红细胞体计数变化,血常规和生化指标方面与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论热毒清口服液治疗附红细胞体病安全有效。Objective To observre the curative effect of Reduqing oral liquid in treating eperythrozoonosis .Methods 35 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （18 case） and the control group（17 case）.The treatment group were treated with Reduqing oral liquid and the control group were treated with minocycline .Results The treatment group in the efficacy of Chinese medicine and TCM syndromeintegral ,body temperature returned to normal time ,changes of Eperythrozooncount ,blood routine and biochemical indica-tors had no significant difference with the control group （P＆gt;0.05）.Conclusion Reduqing oral liquid is effective and safe in the treat-ment of eperythrozoonosis .
