摘　　要：介绍了国内某钢厂环保型易切削钢棒材的工业试制。通过对该品种的冶炼和轧制工艺的研究,以及对钢中精炼渣、锰硫比、轧制温度、尺寸精度等关键工艺过程的控制,可大幅提高易切削钢中WY1215硫收得率,有效避免轧件打滑,或劈头、开裂、缠辊等现象,成功开发了环保型含硫易切削钢棒材。The development of environment-friendly free cutting steel bar WY1215produced by WISCO was introduced .Based on the technology of smelting and rolling of the steel and the control of the refining slag ,Mn/S ,rolling temperature ,size precision in the key process ,the paper pointed out that the yield rate of S in the bar can greatly be raised ,effectively avoiding the slippage ,head ,cracking and winding phe-nomenon .
