摘  要:采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜等对开裂轮毂进行了观察和分析。结果表明齿轮毂存在Cr、Mo等元素偏析并观察到较多夹杂物和偏析条带;分析认为Cr、Mo等元素偏析导致偏析条带,在热锻时偏析条带之间会产生较大的内应力,同时夹杂物的存在破坏了基体的连续性,二者共同作用导致轮毂开裂。The sample of the cracking hub was observed and analyzed by means of optical microscope and electron microprobe to find out the causes for the cracking .The results showed that Cr ,Mo ,some bright segregation bands and many inclusions were observed in the hub .The observations and analysis concluded that the segregation bands caused by segregation of Cr ,Mo would produce a great stress be-tween segregation bands when the hub was forged while the presence of inclusions destroyed the continuity of the base plate ,causing the crack and the crack expanding .
