摘  要:文章通过超滤—混凝—酸析的方法回收涤纶碱减量废水中的对苯二甲酸(TPA),采用红外光谱、扫描电镜、紫外分光光度计和酸值滴定分析了回收产物的基团、外观形态、纯度和酸值等,确定了合理的处理工艺能够有效地将废水中的杂质去除,得到较高纯度的TPA。The process of ultrafiltration-flocculation-acidification was applied for effectively recov- ering terephthalic acid (TPA) from the wastewater of polyester alkali deweighting finishing. The functional groups in the recovered product were identified by infra-red spectrum, and the purity and acid value were determined by UV spectrophotometer and acid value titration, respectively. The surface morphology of the product was observed by scanning electron microscope. The reasonable treatment process was determined. The recovery rate was 89.03%. The research showed that the impurity in alkali deweighting wastewater can be removed and higher purity TPA can be recovered effectively by the process of ultrafiltration-flocculation-acidification.
