摘 要:流域治理是改善水环境质量的有效模式,而基于流域的水污染物排放特征分析是实施流域综合治理的基础。该文以南京市6个流域为基本单元,通过对流域污染物排放量的统计和估算,分析了南京市工业源、生活源、农业源水污染物排放分布特征和各流域污染来源特征,并提出相应的污染控制措施。结果表明,南京市水污染物排放主要集中在长江中下游干流流域和秦淮河流域,2个流域的废水、化学需氧量和氨氮排放量分别占全市排放总量的86.88%、78.21%、81.28%;工业源水污染物排放集中在长江中下游干流流域,其工业废水、化学需氧量、氨氮排放量分别达到全市工业源排放量的70.36%、65.97%、53.02%;生活源污染物排放主要集中在秦淮河流域和长江中下游干流流域;农业源污染物分布比较分散,以畜禽养殖和种植业污染为主。Watershed management is an effective model to improve water environment quality,and the char-acteristics of pollutant emissions are the basis of basin comprehensive treatment.Considering six river ba-sins as basic units,this article analyzed distribution characteristics of water pollutants from industrial sourc-es,municipal sources and agricultural sources in Nanjing,according to statistics and pollutant emission esti-mates.This article also put forward the corresponding pollution control measures,and provided the basis for the watershed management of Nanjing.Results show that the water pollutant emissions are mainly concentrat-ed in the main stream basin of the middle and lower Yangtze river and in the Qinhuai river basin,and the emissions of wastewater,chemical oxygen demand(COD) and ammonia nitrogen in the two basins ac-counts for 86.88%,78.21%,81.28% of the total emissions in Nanjing.Industrial pollutants are concentrated in the main stream basin of the middle and lower Yangtze river,and its industrial wastewater,chemical oxy-gen demand (COD),ammonia nitrogen emissions accounts for 70.36%,65.97%,53.02% of the city';s industri-al emissions.Municipal pollutants are mainly concentrated in the Qinhuai river basin and the main stream basin of the middle and lower Yangtze river.Agricultural pollutants’ distribution is more dispersed,giving priority to with livestock breeding pollutants and planting pollutants.
