参芎葡萄糖注射液联合阿司匹林、低分子右旋糖苷治疗气滞血瘀型高脂血症随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察参芎葡萄糖注射液联合阿司匹林、低分子右旋糖苷治疗气滞血瘀型高血脂症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按住院病历号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组24例口服阿司匹林,静滴低分子右旋糖苷(百特)。治疗组36例参芎葡萄糖注射液100mL,2次/d,静滴;阿司匹林、低分子右旋糖苷治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血液流变学指标(全血黏度、全血还原黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效26例,有效9例,无效1例,总有效率97.22%。对照组显效14例,有效6例,无效4例,总有效率78.34%,临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);血液流变学指标治疗组明显改善(P<0.01),对照组变化不显著(P>0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]参芎葡萄糖注射液联合阿司匹林、低分子右旋糖苷治疗气滞血瘀型高脂血症,疗效满意,值得推广。[ Objective] Observe the Clinical efficacy of Shenxiong glucose injection in treating hyperlipidemia stagnation. [ Method ] Random parallel control method, 60 cases of hospitalized patients divided into two groups according to hospital medical record number, the treatment group of 36 patients, 24 cases treated group. Treatment group Shenxiong 100 ml intravenous glucose injection, and oral aspirin, intravenous dextran injection （ Baxter ） 500 ml; the control group, only aspirin, intravenous dextran injection （ Baxter ） 500 ml. [ Results ] The treatment group was 26 cases, effective 9 eases, invalid 1 cases, the total efficiency of 97.22%. The control group was 14 cases, effective 6 cases, invalid 4 cases, the total efficiency of 78.34%, the clinical curative effect of the treatment group is better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; hemorheology indexes in the treatment groupimproved significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the control group had no significant change （ P 〉 0.05 ）, the treatment group improved better than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） . [ Conclusion] Shenxiong glucose injection therapy （ blood stasis hyperlipidemia efficacy, worthy of clinical application. Worthy of promotion.
