天麻钩藤饮联合氨氯地平治疗肝阳上亢高血压随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察天麻钩藤饮联合氨氯地平治疗肝阳上亢高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊及住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组40例氨氯地平,5mg/次,1次/d。治疗组40例天麻钩藤饮(钩藤15g,天麻10g,川牛膝、石决明各20g,泽泻25g,桑寄生20g,杜仲15g,夏枯草、山栀子各10g,黄芩、白芍各15g,菊花12g;口苦目赤、肝火上炎、烦躁易怒加陈皮、龙胆草;腰膝酸软、肝肾阴虚加枸杞子、玄参、麦冬、生地;眩晕、手足麻木加生龙骨、羚羊角、蜈蚣、全虫;便秘加生大黄、芒硝;情志不畅加柴胡、郁金),1剂/d,文火慢煎400mL,早晚服用;氨氯地平治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效29例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率95.24%。对照组显效19例,有效11例,无效10例,总有效率75.24%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血压指标两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]天麻钩藤饮联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗肝阳上亢型高血压效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the rhizoma gastrodiae uncaria drink joint 1 benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine piece of curative effect of liver Yang syndrone hypertension. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 80 cases of outpatient and hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to flip a coin method. The control group 40 cases 1 benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine piece, 5 mg/times, 1 / d. Treatment group40 cases of gastrodia elata uncaria drink （ Gouteng 15 g, Tianmal0 g, Chuanniuxi, Shijueming each 20 g, Zexie 25 g, Sangjisheng 20 g, Duzhong 15 g, Xiakucao, Shangzhizi each 10 g, Huangqin, Baishao each 15 g, Juhna 12 g, chrysanthemum mouth bitter eye red, something on inflammation, irritability andChenpi, longdaneao; lumbar debility, liver and kidney Yin deficiency and Gouqizi, Xunshen, Maidong, Shengdi; dizziness, extremities numbness and Shenglonggu, Lingyangjiao, Wugong, Quanehong; constipation with Shengdahuang, Mangxiao; modern impeded and Chaihu, Yujin ）, 1 / d, simmered in Fried 400 ml, sooner or later, taking; L benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 30 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, blood pressure, adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] the treatment group 29 cases had marked effect, 9 cases of effective and ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 95.24%. Control group 19 cases were markedly effective, effective in 11 cases, 10 cases of invalid, the total effective rate was 75.24%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Two groups of blood pressure index were improved （ P〈0.05 ）, the treatment group is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Gastrodia clara uncaria drink joint 1 benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine piece of treatment of liver Yang syndrone hypertension effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
