复方丹参滴丸联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察复方丹参滴丸联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将84例住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。阿司匹林、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、调脂药、倍他乐克等。对照组42例异山梨酯,10mg/次,3次/d。治疗组42例复方丹参滴丸,250mg/次,3次/d。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛、心电图、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]心绞痛疗效:治疗组显效29例,有效12例,无效1例,总有效率97.62%。对照组显效15例,有效21例,无效6例,总有效率85.71%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。心电图疗效:治疗组显效28例,有效13例,无效1例,总有效率97.62%。对照组显效15例,有效20例,无效7例,总有效率83.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]复方丹参滴丸联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective] To observe the compound danshen dropping pill treatment of coronary heart disease angina peetoris curative effect. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 84 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to roll the dice method. Aspirin, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, lipid drug and betaloe. The control group of 42 cases of different pear ester, 10 mg/time, 3 times/d. The treatment group of 42 cases of compound danshen dropping pill, 250 mg/time, 3 times/d. Continuous treatment of 7d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [Results ] Angina pectoris curative effect：the treatment group 29 cases had marked effect, 12 cases were effectively, 1 had no effect, the total effective rate was 97.62%. Control group 15 cases were markedly effective, effective 21 cases, 6 no effect, the total effective rate was 85.71%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . Ecg curative effect：the treatment group 28 cases, 13 cases effectively, 1 had no effect, the total effective rate was 97.62%. Control group 15 cases were markedly effective, effective 20 cases, 7 had no effect, the total effective rate was 83.33%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Compound danshen dropping pill treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
