摘　　要：藿香正气散出自《太平惠民和剂局方》,在古方今用,异病同治异病同治理论指导下,藿香正气散应用越来越广泛;除辨证施治用于传统的感冒、发热、恶心呕吐、腹胀、泄泻外,在小儿消化不良、荨麻疹、鼻炎等也显示良好疗效;之所以疗效迅速,关键在于芳香辟秽,散寒解表,理气和中,祛暑化湿之功效,从而达到调和表里,止吐止泻之功效;辨证应抓住舌淡苔白腻,脉濡,具有明显季节性及暑湿秽浊,寒湿气滞互阻的病理特点,开拓视野,拓展到更多的疑难病症中去;尤擅应用于夏季人群密集之地,具有保护胃肠,抗菌抗病毒等作用,方便快捷。现代研究可改善胃肠功能,具有抗菌、抗病毒,解痉,镇痛,增强细胞免疫等功效,各种剂型广泛用于治疗胃肠型感冒、急性胃肠炎、酸中毒、病毒性腹泻、头痛、过敏性鼻炎、动力障碍型功能消化不良等疾病,疗效显著,价格便宜。Huoxiang Zhengqi powder from the ＂prescription of peaceful benevolent dispensary＂ means, in the ancient, guidance of treating different diseases with the same method treating different diseases with the same method theory, Huoxiang Zhengqi powder is applied more and more widely; in addition to traditional syndrome differentiation for cold, fever, nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension, diarrhea, also showed good efficacy in pediatric indigestion, urticaria, rhinitis ere ; the rapid curative effect, the key lies in aromatics, dispersing cold solution table, regulating qi and theeffect of heat, dampness, so as to achieve the harmony inside and outside, the efficacy of antiemetie diarrhea;syndrome differentiation should seize the pale tongue, greasy moss, pulse moisten, have obvious seasonal and dampturhid, pathological characteristics, cold and dampness qi stagnation and cross resistance to broaden their horizons, expand to more difficult cases to ; especially used in crowded places, with the protection of gastrointestinal, antibacterial and antiviral effect, convenient and quick.
