雷火灸热磁贴治疗腰椎骨关节炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察雷火灸热磁贴治疗腰椎骨关节炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将76例门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组38例仙灵骨葆,1.5g/次,2次/d。治疗组38例雷火灸热磁治疗贴,每晚一次,12h后去除。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、VAS评分、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效30例,有效7例,无效1例,总有效率97.37%。对照组显效26例,有效4例,无效8例,总有效率78.94%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。VAS评分疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]雷火灸热磁贴治疗腰椎骨关节炎疗效显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the thunder fire hot magnet arthritis curative effect. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 76 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups according to flip a coin method. Control group 38 cases of the faeries bone capsule, 1.Sg/times, 2 times/d. The treatment group 38 examples thunder fire hot magnetic treatment, once a night, remove after 12 h. Continuous treatment of 10 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, VAS score, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 30 cases were markedly effective, effective 7 cases, 1 had no effect, the total effective rate was 97.37%. The control group 26 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were effective, 8 no effect, the total effective rate was 78.94%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （P〈0.05） . VAS score curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group （ P〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] The thunder fire hot magnet therapy （ arthritis effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
