十全方腰眼穴贴敷联合艾灸治疗腰痛随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察十全方腰眼穴贴敷联合艾灸治疗腰痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将94例门诊及住院腰痛患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组47例腰痛片,6片/次,3次/d,盐开水口服。治疗组47例十全方（淫羊藿、广木香、巴戟天、补骨脂、杜仲、川楝子、川牛膝、肉桂各30g,乌附片15g,当归20g）,将此10味中药碾至粉末后再过100目筛,取15∽20g以鲜姜汁调制成膏剂,患者取俯卧位,将调制好的药膏涂抹在双侧腰眼穴并盖上纱布;艾柱于药膏之上灸之,1∽2壮/穴,1次/d。连续治疗7d为1疗程。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。随访3个月,观测复发率。[结果]治疗组痊愈28例,显效14例,有效5例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。对照组痊愈7例,显效18例,有效9例,无效13例,总有效率72.30%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]十全方腰眼穴贴敷联合艾灸治疗腰痛效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the sticking point Shiquan square loin joint moxibustion treatment of low back pain treatment. [ Methods ] Random parallel control method, 94 cases of low back pain patients were outpatients and inpatients were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group 47 cases of low back pain tablets, 6 / time, 3 times / d, salt water orally. Treated 47 cases of Shiquan party （ Yinyanghuo, Guangmuxiang, Bajitian, Buguzhi, Duzhong, Chuanlianzi, Chuanniuxi, Rougui each 30g, Wufupian 15g, Dangui 20g ）, this 10 herbs and then grind to a powder 100 mesh sieve, take 15 ~ 20g to prepare fresh ginger paste, the patient prone, the modulation good ointments applied in bilateral loin hole and covered with gauze; Ai＇s column in the ointment on moxibustion, 1-2 strong / hole, 1 times / d. 7d is a continuous course of treatment. 2 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy. 3-month follow-up, the observed recurrence rate. [ Results ] 28 eases were cured, 14 cases markedly effective in 5 cases, 0 cases, the total efficiency of 100.00%. The control group healed in 7 cases, 18 cases markedly effective in 9 eases, 13 cases, the total efficiency of 72.30%. Treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.01 ） . [ Conclusion ] Shiquan square loin sticking point moxibustion treatment of low back pain combined effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
