乌贝散联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡80例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察乌贝散联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对80例门诊患者使用乌贝散(乌贼骨、浙贝母各10g、白及3g,乳香6g,三七3g,黄芪10g;脾虚加党参、白术各10g;气滞加枳壳、陈皮各6g;肠化加莪术10g,蛇舌草15g;幽门螺旋杆菌阳性加蒲公英15g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服。奥美拉唑20mg,1次/d。连续治疗8周为1疗程。观测临床症状、胃黏膜溃疡面、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈59例,显效12例,有效6例,无效3例,总有效率96.20%。[结论]乌贝散联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the Wubei powder combined with omeprazole in treating peptic ulcer. [ Method ] Using a prospective design method, 80 cases Wubei powder （ cuttlefish bone, Zhejiang Fritillaria each 10g, Rhizoma Bletillae 3g, frankincense, 6g, three seven 3g, Astragalus 10g;spleen deficiency plus Codonopsis, Atractylodes each 10g ; Qi stagnation and bitter orange, tangerine peel 6g ; intestinal metaplasia and Curcuma 10g, Oldenlandia 15g;the pylorus spiral bacillus positive and dandelion 15g ）, 1 doses of/d, water simmer in water 300mL, sooner or later oral. Omeprazole 20mg, 2 times/d. Continuous treatment for 8 weeks as 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms, gastric ulcer, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Result ] 59 cases were cured, 12 cases markedly effective, 6 cases, 3 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 96.20%. [ Conclusion ] Wubei powder combined with omeprazole in treating peptic ulcer, satisfied with the effect, no side effect, is worth promoting.
