补脾益气活血汤联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察补脾益气活血汤联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院及门诊患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。基础治疗:健康教育,正确认识和对待糖尿病,保持心情舒畅,建立正常生活方式,戒烟和烈性酒,配合医生进行合理的治疗和监测;制定医学营养方案,控制饮食,以素食为主,其他为辅,营养均衡;体育锻炼,有规律合适运动,循序渐进、量力而行、动中有静、劳逸结合。对照组二甲双胍片,0.5g/次,2次/d;随治疗需要,可每周增加0.5g,逐渐加至2g/d。治疗组补脾益气活血汤(山药30g,黄芪20g,知母15g,鸡内金5g,葛根、五味子各10g,天花粉、丹参、当归、三七各5g),1剂/d,煎药室统一煎煮,100mL/次,3次/d;二甲双胍治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周(28d)为1疗程。观测临床症状、空腹血糖、糖负荷后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效24例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照组显效16例,有效20例,无效4例,总有效率90.00%。两组临床疗效无显著差异(P>0.05)。血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素两组均有改善(P<0.01),餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01),血糖改善两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]补脾益气活血汤联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。[ Objective ] Observe oral Spleen Yiqihuoxue clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine mefformin treatment of type 2 diabetes. [ Result ] Treatment group and a control group of patients with various indicators were significantly lower in the treatment group reduced more significantly ; treatment group was significantly higher in patients with significant efficiency. [ Conclusion ] Spleen Yiqihuoxue oral medicine metformin treatment of type 2 diabetes, you can achieve better clinical efficacy.
