桃园胃病丸治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察桃园胃病丸治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将178例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号法简单随机分为两组。对照组78例标准三联疗法,枸橼酸铋钾0.6g/次,2次/d,口服;阿莫西林1.0g/次,2次/d,口服;甲硝唑0.4g/次,2次/d,口服。治疗组100例桃园胃病丸(黑矾文火熬枯,冷却研细、核桃仁炒炭研细、大枣去核、生栗子去皮研细),按6:4:2:1比例混合得面A;虚寒加党参、白术、砂仁、吴茱萸;气滞加柴胡、佛手、木香、枳实;郁热加丹皮、栀子、黄连、蒲公英;阴虚加沙参、麦冬、石斛、玉竹;血瘀加延胡索、丹参、郁金、川芎,辨证用药各等份研细得面B,再按1:1比例A、B配均用药,炼蜜为丸,3g/次,3次/d,饭前口服。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、溃疡愈合、Hp根除、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。随访90d,观测复发率。随访90d,痊愈病例中治疗组6例复发,对照组5例复发,复发率治疗组低于对照组(χ2=80.010,P=0.002<0.01)。[结果]治疗组痊愈46例,显效24例,有效21例,无效9例,总有效率91.00%。对照组痊愈23例,显效12例,有效24例,无效19例,总有效率75.60%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。溃疡愈合和Hp根除均治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]桃园胃病丸治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡疗效显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe Taoyuan stomach pill treatment gastric and duodenal ulcer treatment. [ Methods ] Random parallel control method, 178 cases of outpatient treatment order number into two groups. The control group 78 cases of standard triple therapy, bismuth potassium citrate, 0.6g / times, 2 times / d, orally;amoxieillin, 1.0g / times, 2 times / d, orally;metronidazole, 0.4g / times, 2 times / d, orally. Taoyuan treated 100 cases of stomach pills （ Heifan text Huoao dry, cool fine, Hetaoren finely fried walnuts,Dazao to go nuclear, Shenglizi and peeled chestnuts fine ）, mixed according to the ratio of 6 ： 4 ： 2 ： 1 was face A ; Deficiency add Danshen, Baizhu, Sharen, Wuzhuyu;Qi stagnation add Chaihu, Foshou, Muxiang, Jishi; swelter add Danpi, Zhizi, Huanglian, Pugongying, Yin add Shashen, Maidong, Shihu, Yuzhu;stasis plus Huyansuo, Danshen, Yujin, Chuanqiong, equal parts finely TCM drugs have side B, and then 1 ： 1 A, B with all medication, honey pills, 3g / time, 3 times / d, orally before meals. 28d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, ulcer healing, Hp eradication, the adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy. Follow-90d, the observed recurrence rate. [ Results ] 46 cases were cured, 24 cases markedly effective in 21 cases, 9 cases, the total efficiency of 91.00%. Cured 23 cases in the control group, 12 cases markedly effective in 24 cases, ineffective in 19 cases, the total efficiency of 75.60%. Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.01 ） . Ulcer healing and circumstances Hp eradication therapy group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Taoyuan stomach pill treatment associated gastric and duodenal ulcer effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
