冠心合剂治疗胸痹10例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察冠心合剂治疗胸痹疗效。[方法]采用前瞻性设计对10例门诊患者予以冠心合剂(瓜蒌15g,薤白、半夏各10g,黄芪炙15g,当归10g,丹参15g,桃仁、红花各6g,枳壳、葛根、桂枝各10g,甘草炙3g;痰浊内阻冠心合剂去黄芪、葛根、桂枝,加陈皮、茯苓、枳壳、竹茹;心肾阳虚冠心合剂去葛根、桂枝,加附子、肉桂、熟地、山茱萸、肉苁蓉等,甘草炙15g;心气虚弱冠心合剂去瓜蒌、薤白、半夏,加党参),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服;连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心电图、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈0例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率80.00%。[结论]冠心合剂治疗胸痹效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ]To observe the curative effect of Guanxin Decoction in treating chest pain. [ Methods ] Be of Guanxin Decoction on 10 cases of outpatients （ Gualou 15 g, Jiubai, Banxia each 10 g, Huangqizhi 15 g, Danggui 10 g, Danshenl5g, Taoren, Honghua each 6g, Zhike, Gegen, Guizhi each 10 g, Gancaozhi 3 g; phlegm turbidity resistance ： Guanxin Decoction removing to Huangqi, Gegen, Guizhi, add Chenpi, Fuling, Zhike, Zhuru;heart kidney Yang deficiency：Guanxin Decoction removing to Gegen, Guizhi, add Fuzi, Rougui, Shudi, Shanzhuyu, Roucongrong and so on, Licorice moxibustion used 15 g;Deficiency of heart qi： Guanxin Decoction removing to Gualou, Xiebai, Banxia, add Dangshen and so on ）, 1 / d, Sooner or later, water decoction orally 200ml; Continuous treatment of 10 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] O cases cured, 8 cases effective, ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 80.00%. [ Conclusion ] Guanxin Decoction treating obstruction effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
