养阴清肺汤+针灸+膳食调理联合西医常规治疗阻塞性肺气肿48例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察养阴清肺汤+针灸+膳食调理治疗联合西医常规治疗阻塞性肺气肿疗效。[方法]采用前瞻性设计对48例住院及门诊患者1吸氧、解痉、平喘等西医常规治疗;2中医综合治疗,a.养阴清肺汤(甘草6g,丹皮8g,麦冬、玄参、川贝各12g,白芍炒18g,生地20g,薄荷后下5g;寒重加干姜6g;热重加胆星12g,黄芩20g;痰黏加紫苏子10g,白芥子、葶苈子各12g;血丝痰加茜根12g,白芨20g),1剂/d,水煎120mL,早晚口服;b.针灸;c.膳食调理。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肺功能指标、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈28例,有效16例,无效4例,总有效率为91.67%。肺功能指标治疗后优于治疗前(P<0.05)。[结论]养阴清肺汤+针灸+膳食调理治疗联合西医常规治疗阻塞性肺气肿效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] Yangyinqingfei soup ＋ dietary conditioning acupuncture therapy combined with conventional treatment emphysema treatment. [ Methods ] 48 cases of inpatient and outpatient （1） oxygen,antispasmodic, asthma and other conventional treatment ; （2） integrated traditional Chinese medicine treatment, a Yangyinqingfei soup （ Gancao 6g, Danpi 8g, Maidong, Xuandong, Chuanbei each 12g, fried Baishao 18g, Shengdi 20g, Bohe later 5g; cold heavy add Ganjiang 6g;TGA plus Danxing 12g, Huangqin 20g;sputum viscosity increase Zisuzi 10g, Baijiezi, Tinglizi 12g; blood stained sputum Qqiaugen 12g, Baiji 20g ）, 1 does/d, decoction 120mL, sooner or later, oral;b acupuncture treatment;. c dietary conditioning. 7d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, lung function, adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] Cured 28 cases, effective in 16 cases, 4 cases, the total effective rate 91.67%. Lung function after treatment than before treatment （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Yangyinqingfei soup ＋ dietary conditioning acupuncture therapy combined with conventional treatment emphysema effect is remarkable, worthy of promotion.
