摘　　要：[目的]观察胃痛消痞方治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将168例门诊患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组84例吗叮啉,10mg/次,3次/d,饭前30min口服。治疗组84例胃痛消痞方(党参、白术、茯苓各20g,延胡索、柴胡、薏苡仁各15g、鸡内金、肉桂、砂仁、干姜、焦山楂各8g、甘草炙5g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早饭前、晚饭后口服。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、脘腹痛、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。随访168例患者3个月,治疗组临床总有效77例,复发5例;对照组临床总有效66例,复发12例。[结果]治疗组痊愈42例,有效35例,无效7例,总有效率91.67%。对照组痊愈32例,有效34例,无效18例,总有效率78.57%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]胃痛消痞方治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the stomach disappear is the new type taste cold stomach curative effect. [ Methods ] using random parallel control method, 168 cases of clinic patients into two groups according to random number table method. The control group, 84 cases of ding Lin, 10 mg/time, 3 times/d, 30 min before meals. Treatment group, 84 cases of stomach away the new party （ Dangshen, Baizhu, Fuling each 20g, Yanhusuo, Chaihu, Yiyiren each 15g, Jineijin, Rougui, Sharen, Ganjiang, Jiaoshanzha 8g, ZhigancaoSg ）, l/d, boiling water 200 ml, oral before breakfast, after dinner. Continuous treatment of 28 d of 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. Follow-up of 3 months, 168 patients clinical total effective treatment group 77 examples, recurrence in 5 cases;The control group, 66 cases of clinical total effective 12 cases of recurrence. [ result ] the treatment group 42 cases cured, effective 35 cases, 7 had no effect, the total effective rate was 91.67%. Control group 32 cases of recovery, 34 cases, 18 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 78.57%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Stomach pains disappear the new party treatment of spleen and stomach type cold stomach effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
