摘　　要：中药不良反应常被忽略,产生原因是多方面的,现今应用存在质量不合格、过量用药、长期用药、品名混用、患者体质差异及禁忌症等诸多因素影响疗效,应加强管理,合理用药,保证质量;预防中药不良反应需提高全民对中药的认识,改变传统观念,加强自我保护意识,不自行增加剂量,不随意延长疗程;从源头上控制中药质量,依法炮制;最大限度发挥中药防病治病的优势。The adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine is often neglected, and the reasons are various. The unqualified application, overdose, long-term medication, mix of commodity names, physical differences between patients, contraindications and many other factors influence the curative effect. We should strengthen the management, use drugs rationally, guarantee the quality. To prevent the adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine we need to improve the understanding of Chinese medicine, change the traditional ideas, strengthen the ego to protect ourselves. We can＇t increase the dosage, or extend the period of treatment freely. And we must control the quality of Chinese traditional medicine from the source and make the medicine to pattern. In a word, we should try to maximize the advantages of Chinese medicine to prevent and cure diseases.
