枸地氯雷他定片联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察枸地氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将入选的100例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗A组、治疗B组和对照组,治疗组均口服枸地氯雷他定片8.8 mg(1次/d),治疗B组同时辅以复方甘草酸苷片3片/次,3次/日,对照组口服盐酸左西替利嗪分散片5 mg(1次/d);治疗4周后观察疗效。结果对照组有效率为43.75%,治疗A组为70.59%,治疗B组为91.18%。治疗B组有效率高于治疗A组(P<0.05),显著高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗A组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。另外,三组患者均无明显的不良反应。结论枸地氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷是治疗慢性荨麻疹的有效方法,值得临床医生推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of desloratadine citrate disodium combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of chronic urticaria .Methods The selected 100 cases of chronic urticaria were divided into treatment group A , treatment group B and control group randomly .The patients of treatment groups were treated with oral desloratadine citrate disodium 8.8 mg （1 times/day）.Additionally, the treatment group B was increased by compound glycyrrhizin , 3 tablets each time , 3 times/day.The control group were treated with levocetirizine hydrochloride 5 mg （1 times/day）.The efficacy was observed after 4 weeks.Results The effective rate was 43.75%in the control group .The effective rate of the treatment group A was 70.59%, and the treatment group B was 91.18%.The treatment group B was higher efficiency than that of the treatment group A （P〈0.05） and significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.01）.The treatment group A was higher efficiency than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Additionally, patients in the three groups had no significant adverse reactions .Conclusions Desloratadine citrate disodium combined with compound glycyrrhizin is an effective method for treatment of chronic urticaria and is worthy of clinical application .
