摘　　要：目的探讨加强护理专业药事管理学继续教育的新模式。方法顺应护士部门轮岗计划,配备高、中级护师,案例化带教。结果该教育模式下,护士学得会、用得好,为以后固定岗位的工作,扎下坚实基础。结论该教育模式适合部门轮岗时的药事管理学继续教育。Objective To explore a new model to strengthen nursing continuing education on pharmacy administration.Methods According to nurses sector rotation plan , teaching with case was equipped with senior and intermediate nurse .Results In this mode of education , nurse made full use of what they had learned ,which pitched a solid foundation for work of fixed positions .Conclusions The education model is suitable for continuing education on pharmacy administration during rotation .
