摘  要:目的建立同时测定生活饮用水中19种元素含量的电感耦合等离子体质谱方法。方法对仪器工作参数和检测方法进行优化。样品经酸化过滤后,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对砷、铜、铅、铁、锰、锌、镉、铝、汞、钡、硼、钼、钠、硒、银、镍、铊、铍、锑进行测定,用混合内标校正基体干扰和漂移。结果 19种元素检出限在0.0043μg/L^11μg/L之间,均远低于各元素标准限值,线性良好,相关系数>0.999,分别对标准溶液、生活饮用水和生活饮用水加标样进行独立测定6次,其测定值的相对标准偏差为0.35%~4.7%,实际水样加标回收率为86.7%~110%。结论本方法操作简便、快速、准确,适用于生活饮用水中19种元素测定。Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 19 elements in drinking water by inductively coupled plasma- mass spectrometry. Methods Optimize instrumens' s operating parameters and detection methods. After acidification,then nineteen elements including arsenic,copper,lead,zinc,cadmium,iron,manganese,aluminum,sodium,barium,boron,molybdenum,mercury,nickel,selenium,silver,thallium,beryllium,antimony in the samples were determined simultaneously by inductively coupled plasma- mass spectrometry,with internal standard to adjust the matrix interference and drift. Results The detection limits of 19 elements were from 0. 0043 μg /L to 11 μg /L. The linear correlation coefficients were good and greater than 0. 999. Compared with the determinatio of the standard solution,drinking water and drinking water samples were detected separately for 6 times,the relative deviation of the determination value was from 0. 35% to 4. 7%. The recoveries of the water samplesranged from 86. 7% to 110%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate,and is suitable for determination of 19 elements in drinking water.
