摘　　要：外膜蛋白是原核生物细胞膜的重要组成成分之一,在维持细菌正常形态结构及细菌在机体内的生存和繁殖中发挥着不可替代的作用。作者将对其结构、功能及临床应用等方面的研究成果进行综述,以期为今后基础研究、疾病诊断和临床治疗方面提供有力的理论及研究基础。Outer membrane protein is one of the important components of prokaryotes cell membrane.Outer membrane proteins play an irreplaceable role in maintaining the normal morphology,and survival and reproduction of bacteria within the body.Therefore,this paper will review the research progress on the structure,function and application of outer membrane protein,which will provide basic theory and research for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the future.
