摘　　要：分析了某工程机械上轴回转中央回转接头使用时密封失效的原因,包括在机加工环节引起的行为误差影响,密封装配不规范造成的影响以及密封材质的影响等。并从优化机加工工序、规范密封装配方法、优选密封材质等方面,提出了减少密封失效的措施,取得了一定的效果。This paper analyzes the reason of seals failure during the usage of central swivel joint in some kind of machine, including effects of form and location tolerance caused by machining process, lack of standardization for seals assembly and seal material. Measures for reducing seals failure are put up mainly in optimizing machining program and standardizing seals assembly, which are definitely productive.
