摘　　要：目的:论述静脉药物集中调配中心在胃肠外营养(PN)临床安全用药中的作用和意义。方法:在PN实施过程中,从设备环境及专业优势方面阐述静脉药物集中调配中心的作用。结果:静脉药物集中调配中心从设备环境与配置、药师审方、药学质量监控、药学咨询及药品管理等多环节的支持上,体现出在PN安全用药实践中不可替代的、重要的作用。结论:静脉药物集中调配中心的多重支持为病人安全、高质量的PN提供了保证。Objective：To discuss the effect and significance of pharmacy intravenous admixture services （PIVAS） in parenteral nutrition （PN） safe clinical application.Methods：The effect of PIVAS was illustrated from the advantages of equipment,environment and professional in the process of PN implementing.Results：The aspects of professional environment and configuration technology,auditing the prescription,monitoring,consulting and drug administation were reflected.Conclusion：Multiple supports of PIVAS can provide the guarantee in secure and quality of PN medication.
