Design and Optimization of Tanning Process Plate on Goat Clothing Leather by Zr- Al- Ti Complex Tanning Agents

摘  要:采用锆-铝-钛配合鞣液鞣制山羊服装革,以坯革的收缩温度、鞣制废液的COD值作为评价指标,综合考察了预处理剂、鞣液用量、终点pH值、鞣制温度等因素对评价指标的影响。研究表明,在单一因素中,鞣液用量对坯革的收缩温度影响最大;预处理对鞣制废液的COD值影响最大。当预处理剂为改性戊二醛、鞣液用量为20%、终点pH值为4.0、鞣制温度为40℃时,所鞣得的坯革收缩温度达到95℃,鞣制废液中BOD_5/COD值为0.19,大于传统铬鞣法鞣制废液的BOD_5/COD值。The greener technology of leather tanning process by Zr - AI - Ti complex tanning agents was used. The Ts of leath- er and the COD of tanning waste were closen as evaluation indexes. The pretreatment, tanning liquid dosage and tanning tempera- ture were studied. The results show that the tanning liquid dosage has greatest impact on Ts, the pretreatment has greatest impact on COD. While modified glutaraldehyde is used as pretreatment, the final pH is 4.0, the tanning temperature is 40~C, the Ts of leather is 95~C. And the BODJCOD is 0.19, which is greater than that of tanning wastewater of traditional chrome tanning meth- od.
