摘  要:为了改善合成革用PU膜的吸湿透水汽性能,提高其服用性能,将端氨基超支化聚合物(HBP-NH_2)与合成革用面层PU树脂进行复配,制得HBP-NH_2/PU共混干法膜。探讨了不同HBP-NH_2用量对膜的吸湿率、透水汽度及力学性能的影响,并用扫描电镜对膜的微观结构进行了观察。结果表明:当HBP-NH_2用量为3%(以PU的质量计)时,膜的吸水率由0.34%提高至7.51%,透湿量由161g/(m^2·d)增加至879g/(m^2·d),而膜的力学性能有所下降,断裂强力及断裂伸长率分别由50.6N、353.04%降至44.92N、306.83%,仍能满足生产需求。SEM测试结果表明添加HBP-NH_2后,膜的内部形成了更多的孔隙,这也有利于水蒸汽的透过。In order to improve wet water vapor permeability and performance of the synthetic leather PU films, the HBP - NHJ PU was prepared by compounding amino - terminated hyperbranched polymers ( HBP - NH2 ) with the synthetic leather PU film. The influences of the dosage of HBP - NH2 on the moisture rate, water vapor permeability and mechanical properties of the film were investigated. And the structure of the film was characterized by SEM. The results indicate that when the dosage of HBP - NH2 is 3% ,the moisture rate is increased from 0.34% to 7.51% , and vapor transmission rate is increased from 161g/(m^2 · d) to 879g/( m^2·d). However, the mechanical properties of film decrease, the breaking strength and elongation at break are decreased from 50.6N,353.04% to 44.92N,306.83% ,respectively. SEM result shows that more pores are formed in film after adding HBP - NH2,whieh help to water vapor transmission.
