摘　　要：目的介绍一种用于全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)后感染的占位器的简易制作方法。方法选用手术室常用的球形冲洗器球囊,体内制作塑形TKA后感染占位器。结果球形冲洗器球囊易于修剪塑形,制作的占位器在股骨远端和胫骨近端匹配良好。结论利用球形冲洗器球囊体内制作占位器是一种简易、可靠的方法。Objective To introduce a simple method to fabricate the spacer in vivo for perprothetic infection after total knee arthroplasty （TKA）. Methods The spacer was fabricated by using the saccule of irrigator which was available in the operating room. Results The saccule was molded easily, and the spacer＇s formal component matched well with the tibial component. Conclusions It＇s a simple and reliable method to fabricate the spacer in vivo by using the saccule of irrigator.
