摘 要:通过对青年人足底压力中心线变化规律的研究,找到足底压力中心线与步态稳定性、平衡性之间的关联性。本文分析了基于足印帧技术的足底压力分布几何中心和压力中心的测试原理和计算方法,并推导了二者在和两个方向的计算公式。同时我们利用该测试原理采集了131名青年人正常速度行走时的足底压力,并重点分析了其中14人的足底压力中心线和几何中心线,为建立青年人正常行走步态的时间、空间和力学参数等数据库提供了参考数据,得到了行走时测试对象足底的几何中心线和压力中心线变化规律,分析认为正常人行走时几何中心线和压力中心线间存在差异。压力中心轨迹揭示足运动稳定性,足底压力中心线的长度变化和横向变化可用于各类人群的足底压力研究、临床足疾诊断与和手术效果评判。The present paper is to study the center line of the plantar pressure of normal young people, and to find the relation between center line of the plantar pressure and gait stability and balance. The paper gives the testing princi- ple and calculating methods for geometric center of plantar pressure distribution and the center of pressure due to the techniques of footprint frame. The calculating formulas in both x direction and 3' direction are also deduced in the pa- per. In the experiments carried out in our laboratory, the gait parameters of 131 young subjects walking as usual speed were acquired, and t4 young subjects of the total were specially analyzed. We then provided reference data for the walking gait database of young people, including time parameters, space parameters and plantar pressure parame- ters. We also obtained the line of geometry center and pressure center under the foot. We found that the differences existed in normal people's geometric center line and the pressure center line. The center of pressure trajectory re- vealed foot movement stability. The length and lateral changes of the center line of the plantar pressure could be ap- plied to analysis of the plantar pressure of all kinds of people. The results in this paper are useful in clinical foot dis- ease diagnosis and evaluation of surgical effect.
