摘　　要：目的探讨^(99)Tc^m—MDP SPECT/CT诊断骨骺早闭的价值。方法回顾性分析25例经x线平片随访确诊的骨骺早闭患儿^(99)Tc^m—MDP SPECT/CT资料,观察^(99)Tc^m-MDP SPECT/CT特征,评价其诊断骨骺早闭准确率。结果 25例骺早闭位于股骨近端1例、股骨远端11例、胫骨近端6例、胫骨远端7例。X线平片随访显示25例骺板均全部闭合。CT显示骨骺全部闭合11例,部分早闭6例,不能明确诊断8例;^(99)Tc^m-MDP SPECT/CT融合图像显示25例均为骺板全部闭合,患肢骺板软骨处无放射性浓聚或较淡斑片状放射性浓聚,诊断准确率为100%(25/25)。结论 ^(99)Tc^m-MDP SPECT/CT能早期准确显示骨骺早闭部位、程度和范围,为手术治疗提供重要依据。Objective To evaluate the value of 99Tcm-MDP SPECT/CT in diagnosing early closure of epiphyseal. Methods 99Tcm-MDP SPECT/CT data of 25 children with early closure of epiphyseal confirmed by X-ray in follow-up. The features of 99 Tcm-MDP SPECT/CT were observed and the accuracy of 99 Tcm-MDP SPECT/CT in diagnosing early closure of epiphyseal was assessed. Results Early closure of epiphyseal was seen on the proximal femur in 1 case, on the distal femur in 11 cases, on the proximal tibia in 6 cases, and on the distal tibia in 7 cases. X-ray showed that the whole epiphyseal plate was closed in all the 25 cases in follow-up. CT showed that the epiphyseal plate was wholly closed in 11 cases, partly closed in 6 cases, hard to assess in 8 cases. 99Tcm-MDP SPECT/CT showed that the epiphyseal plate was wholly closed in all the 25 cases, and no uptake or thin patchy uptake of 99Tcm-MDP in the epiphyseal plate was observed, with accuracy of 100% （25/25）. Conclusion 99Tcm-MDP SPECT/CT can accurately display the location, degree and range of early closure of epiphyseal in the early stage, which can provide important evidences for surgical treatment.
