摘　　要：CT检查具有较高的辐射剂量,目前降低CT检查的辐射剂量越来越受到世界各国日益重视,而诊断参考水平是对患者辐射防护最优化的一个实用工具。本文对诊断参考水平的概念、制订程序、经验以及我国CT诊断参考水平的现状和问题进行简要综述。CT examination has a high radiation dose, so people around the world pay more and more attention to reduce the radiation dose caused by CT examination increasing, diagnostic reference level is a practical tool for the optimization of radiation protection of patients. The concept of diagnostic reference level, formulate programs, experience, and the current situation and problems of the CT diagnostic reference levels in China are briefly reviewed in this article.
