摘　　要：大学生就业与经济发展、人才培养、社会和谐稳定紧密相关。目前,我国大学生就业安全呈现出求职途径多样化、大学生就业安全意识淡薄、大学生就业相关法律法规知识匮乏以及大学生就业安全形势严峻等特点。保证和促进大学生就业安全应加强大学生就业信息监管力度,加快大学生就业立法保障体系构建,加强对大学生就业安全的管理和监控,创新大学生就业安全教育模式。The employment of college students is closely related with the economic development, the professional training, and the social harmony and stability. At present, the employment security of college students in China has shown such features as job search diversification, the weak safety awareness of college students＇ employment, the deficient knowledge of college students related to the employment laws and regulations and the grim situation of their employment security. To ensure and promote the security of college students＇ employment, we should strengthen the supervision of college students＇ employment information, accelerate the construction of their employment legislation system, strengthen the management and monitoring of their employment security and innovate the mode of their employment security education.
