皮下磨削术治疗腋臭

摘　　要：目的：探讨皮下磨削方法治疗腋臭的临床效果.方法：15例患者,共30侧.每一侧皮下及真皮层各注射60～ 100ml肿胀麻醉液,局部麻醉.30侧全部取腋窝皱褶切口长2～ 3cm,在浅筋膜层的浅层用皮刀刺入,剥离皮瓣,剥离范围到达腋毛区外1cm,皮瓣下需带有皮下脂肪.反转皮瓣,剪除皮瓣下脂肪层,将高速电动磨削机的金属磨削头伸入到皮瓣下,挑起皮瓣并绷紧,按顺序均匀磨削成全厚皮瓣.结果：15例30侧全部愈合,无皮瓣坏死.随访6～12月无复发,瘢痕不明显,几乎无腋毛生长,无臭味.结论：皮下磨削术治疗腋臭,手术时间短,治疗效果彻底,切口小,几乎无瘢痕,美容效果佳.Objective To investigate the curative effect of subcutaneous abrasion treatment of axillary osmidrosis. Methods To inject 60-100ml tumescent solution to every subcutaneous and dermis side. The 2-3cm incision was made in armpit wrinkle for 30 sides of 15 patients.Cut in the superficial layer of the superficial fascial planes with the dermatome to peel the flap off.The peeling off area was reached to lcm outside of armpit hair. Under the flap,subcutaneous fatty should be carried with. Reverse the flap,cut the fatty layer underneath.Provoke the flap and stretch tight,use the high speed electric abrasion machine to grind the full skin flap evenly in turns.Results 30 sides of 15 patients all healed,no flap necrosis. After 6-12 months follow-up,no recur,the scar was not obvious, nearly no armpit hair grew up and no smell. Conclusion With the subcutaneous abrasion treatment,the operation time is short with little trauma.Treatment effect is thoroughly,nearly no scar left and have a beautiful aesthetic shape.
