面部注射美容术的护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨面部注射美容术患者的有效手术护理方法,观察其护理效果.方法：选取我院201 3年1月～2014年1月60例面部注射美容患者为研究对象,采用抽签法将患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例.对照组患者给予常规的护理,观察组在此基础之上,同时给予患者积极护理干预,比较两组患者护理效果.结果：观察组有效、显效以及无效人数分别为22例、8例和0例,治疗总有效率为100.00％,对照组有效、显效及无效分别为20例、5例和5例,观察组治疗总有效率100.00％,明显高于对照组的83.33％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组并发症出现率为23.33％,明显低于对照组的53.33％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：面部美容是美容医学中的重要组成部分,后期护理对恢复效果影响较大,实施科学有效的护理方法可提高患者康复效果.Objective To explore the effective operation nursing methods for the patients with facial injection of cosmetic surgery, observe the effect of nursing. Methods in our hospital from 2013 January to 2014 January 60 cases of facial injection beauty patients as the research object, all of patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 30 cases. Results in the observation group, markedly effective and the invalid number were 22 cases, 8 cases and 0 cases, the total effective rate was 100%, control group, markedly effective and ineffective was 20 cases, 5 cases and 5 cases in the observation group, the total efficiency of 100%, significantly higher than 83.33% of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The observation group the incidence of complications was 23.33%, significantly lower than the control group 53.33%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.05）. Conclusion facial beauty is an important part of the medical cosmetology in the late effects of nursing level, to restore the effect is large, the implementation of the science effective nursing method can improve the rehabilitation effect of patients, the need to pay attention to in clinical. Conclusion： facial beauty is an important part of the medical cosmetology in the late effects of nursing level, to restore the effect is large, the implementation of the science effective nursing method can improve the rehabilitation effect of patients.
