简单UU弹性包扎法在腋臭手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:将腋臭手术后加压包扎法改进简化,以观察其疗效。方法:治疗组97例,以传统的打包及"8"字加压包扎法为基础将其简化,改进为简单UU弹性包扎法;对照组63例,采用"8"字加压包扎法,并对其并发症及舒适度进行比较。结果:对照组的并发症明显高于治疗组,治疗组的舒适度明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:简单UU弹性包扎法疗效确切、简单快捷、安全舒适。Objective The underarm odour operation bandage method is improved and simplified. Methods In the traditional packing and ＂8＂ word compression bandaging method based on the simplified and improved for UU simple elastic bandage,comparison of complications and comfort of 63 cases with ＂8＂ compression of bandage （control group） used in 97 cases （treatment group） in patients with axillary surgery.Results Complications in the control group was significantly higher thanthe treatment group, the comfort of the treatment group was significantly higher in both groups, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion UU simple elastic bandage is effective, simple and quick, safe and comfortable.
