摘  要:目的:评价应用以双极射频为基础的光学(强脉冲光、红外光和二极管激光)组合设备(ELOS技术)三联治疗对国人皮肤光老化的客观量化疗效。方法:28位志愿者接受了3次治疗(每隔3周治疗1次),每次治疗以双极射频(RF)为基础的强脉冲光(IPL)、红外光和二极管激光联合应用。选用VISIA成像系统和DermaLab高频超声进行客观评价。结果:VISIA成像系统的色斑、纹理和毛细血管扩张方面治疗前后比较,P<0.05,有显著性差异;DERMLab高频超声测量结果治疗前后比较,P<0.01,真皮致密度有显著性差异。结论:以双极射频为基础的三种不同光源组合同时使用,对改善国人光老化皮肤的色斑、纹理和毛细血管扩张等有效,并促进真皮致密度,实现无创治疗,综合改善皮肤光老化的目的。Objective To evaluate the objective and quantitative effect of single-session triple treatment using bipolar RF-based optical (intense pulsed light,infrared light,and diode laser) combination devices for treatment of photoaged Chinese skin. Methods 28 volunteers received three treatments at 3-week intervals consisting of the combination of sequential IPL,infrared light, and diode laser, all with RF,in one session. Outcome assessments included VlSlA (America) and high frequency ultrasonic (DermaLab, Denmark). Results All patients showed statistically significant reduction inpigmentation,texture,telangiectasis in VlSlA,as well as statistically significant improvement in dermis intensity. Conclusion A combination of three different energy sources, with bipolar RF, in one session is effective without further downtime for solving multiple problems including color, texture, and laxity observed in photoaged Chinese skin.
