枕神经电刺激联合针灸治疗头痛的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨枕神经电刺激联合针灸治疗头痛的临床疗效。方法:头痛患者76例随机平分为电刺激组和联合治疗组各38例,2组均采用枕神经电刺激治疗,联合治疗组还给予针灸治疗,评估总体疗效及头痛症状评分。结果:联合治疗组的总体疗效及头痛症状评分均优于电刺激组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:采用枕神经电刺激联合针灸治疗头痛具有显著的临床疗效。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of occipital nerve stimulation combined with acupuncture for headache. Methods：Seventy-six patients suffering from headache were randomly divided into combination group and occipital nerve stimulation group （n=38 in each group）. Both groups were given occipital nerve stimulation, and the combination group was given acupuncture additionally. The overall effect and headache symptom scores were observed. Results：The overall effect and headache symptom scores of combination group were significantly better than those of occipital nerve stimulation group （ ＆lt;0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion：Occipital nerve stimulation combined acupuncture has significant clinical efficacy on headache.
