摘  要:针对海上油田斜井同心边测边调分注技术应用中存在测调仪与测调工作筒对接成功率低、测调仪下井深度易发生误判、测调仪开收臂操作位置受限等问题,对测调仪的外部尺寸、导向与防转机构、深度磁定位模块、水嘴调节机构,以及测调工作筒的导向机构、扶正机构、排砂机构等进行了优化改进。试验井试验和现场应用结果表明,优化改进后的测调仪和测调工作筒对接成功率达95%以上,具有很强的适应性、可操作性和安全性,为斜井同心边测边调分注技术在海上油田的进一步推广应用提供了保障。In the application of the concentric tubing measuring and adjusting zonal water injection technology in inclined wells in offshore field,the docking success rate between the measuring and adjusting in strument and mandrel is low,the landing depth of the instrument is easy to be mistaken.The instrument open and close arm operating position is limited and so on,in view of which,many structures are optimized,including the external dimensions,guide and anti rotation mechanism,depth magnetic positioning module,water nozzle adjustment mechanism,the mandrel guide mechanism,centralizing mechanism and sand dump mechanism,etc.Well test and field application results show that the optimized measuring and adjusting instrument and mandrel have realized the docking success rate of over 95 %,with high adaptability,operability and safety,which have provided the guarantee for further application of this technology in offshore fields.
