全自动式三头火焰切割机的研制与应用

摘　　要：目前海洋工程中应用较多的管道切割设备为管道式单头火焰切割机,其切割头需要绕管道旋转一周才能完成整管的切割,切割作业效率较低。研制了一种全自动式三头火焰切割机,文中介绍了该切割机的工作原理、机械结构、控制系统以及适用范围与技术特点。这种新型切割机只需行进120°就能实现对整管的切割,大大提高了海洋工程中管道切割作业的效率。Single head flame cutting machine is widely applied for cutting subsea pipe in ocean engineering at present,and its head must rotate around the pipe a circle to complete the whole pipecutting,with low cutting efficiency.A fully automatic three head flame cutting machine is developed.This paper introduced the working principle of this kind of cutting machine,control of the mechanical structure,control system,the applicable scope and technical characteristics.This new type of cutting machine just need to march 120° to finish the whole pipe cutting,which greatly improving the efficiency of pipe cutting operation in ocean engineering.
