摘  要:针对材料的热变形,基于常见的指数方程,通过对相关表达式的具体推导,构建了一种可以较为有效地描述应变、应变速率和温度对流动应力影响的本构模型。将模型用于预测纯铝的热变形流变行为,得到的预测曲线和实验曲线吻合较好。结果表明,所建本构模型有效,构建方法合理,能够有效预测该材料在热变形中的流动应力。To more effectively describe the effects of strain,strain rate and temperature on the deformation behaviors of metalmaterial during hot deformation,the constitutive model was developed by deriving the correlative relations based on theexponential equation. The deformation behavior of Al 99.999% during hot deformation was described by the proposed model. Thestress-strain curves predicted by the developed constitutive model agree well with experimental results,which confirms that thedeveloped constitutive model can give an accurate estimate of the flow stress for this material. The developed model is effective,the method is reasonable and can effectively model the flow behavior of metal materials during hot deformation.
